Subpoena to be Delivered for Obama’s Hawaii Birth Certificate

Computer scanning expert Doug Vogt and typesetting expert Paul Irey say they will accompany attorney Orly Taitz when she presents to the Hawaii Department of Health a subpoena that should allow her to examine Barack Obama‘s original 1961 typewritten birth certificate.

Vogt and Irey both told WND they are making travel plans to join Taitz in Honolulu when she goes to the state agency at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, to present the subpoena in person.

“We will plan to hold a press conference late in the day of Aug. 8,” Vogt said, “and if the document we see varies from the birth certificate documents the White House released, we plan to file criminal charges in Hawaii immediately.”

Vogt shared with WND a copy of a letter he has written to Hawaii Attorney General David Louie, putting Louie on notice regarding the reasons he believes the birth certificate released by the White House is fraudulent.

    Your right . It might be faurd first place but only way find out. Should be in old record. I got old copy back 1964 its small copy print. Why he has same should have old years copy if iam right D Trump will know the truth. All american. Should get the facts right. I thing The white house person show a cover up so have him in to office.     Sure don’t look real birth record at all. Someone cover it up is that why he spent all people money on his long vacation in Hawaii or Hiti or what that were all family goes on vacation. That highest cost place to take vaction. Please. If the right copy if you need back up privte I person do the job. All American folks need the truth. Why this world in this biggest mess now. He sure don’t know what he is doing the debt celing. Can’t pay his bills to many vaction in Hawaii and family. And now this stress world. Over are head. If any can get the real copy. Try Hati it might be record there. Were he plain to live there or fix his country up. I say he was born Hati. Not Hawaii. Check both see what come up with. Good luck.

    I hate to say this because it makes me sound like a racist and I am not. I have a black neice and a black nephew that I love dearly. I say this simply because it is the truth. If Obama was a white man, he would have been impeached a long time ago. If people don't believe that, they are delusional. No one in Washington wants to be tagged as a racist. That's why McCain didn't go after Obama's minister of 20 yrs. You remember the one who had a great influence on Obama. He even said, he was like a favored uncle to him. McCain's campaign committee wanted him to hammer Rev Williams and Obama to the wall and he wouldn't even bring the subject up. The reason, he thought it would label him as a racist and he didn't want that. Why he thought that is beyond me but it's the truth. I do honestly believe that is why no one in Washington has taken steps to impeachment him. With all the things Obama has done, they certainly have reasons to do it.

    Lovely news ! However, bo is a better escapist than billy clinton himself. Either him or his acorn cronies will get in the way and we will be fooled again.
    For me although I dislike liberals, I prefer them to bo and his progressive group and if you ask me, I would say that they are the gonorrea of our society and we must and have to stop them somehow.

    The typer used to type this document out was an IBM that was released for market on July 31,1961 from IBM.. It would have had to make the journey from IBMS warehouse to Hawaii and then the Hospital in 4 days time back in 1961,,, What do think the chances of that one was? Slim to none…

    The subponae was already served in July, the state of Hawaii refused to comply and was asked to stand before the bench and give reason as to why they would not obey, that was almost a month ago and is this piece telling us that another order has been issued by the bench for compliance or is this enforcement of the original court request?

    This man is a fraud, even his SS# could begin proceedings or his passport issue or his school records all his records under legal restraint, it doesn't have to be just the BC, which leans toward non existent. Direct questioning in a grand jury inquiry would shed enough doubt and give credence to many allegations backed with evidence. Let us stop this facade of legal maneuvering and put the country's best interest in the forefront.
