A Framingham man illegally in the country from Kenya was drunk when he nearly ran his sport utility vehicle into a police car Wednesday night on Waverly Street, police said.

After the near crash, Onyango Obama, 67, told Officer Val Krishtal that Krishtal should have yielded to his Mitsubishi SUV, according to a report filed yesterday in Framingham District Court.

Krishtal said he and another driver had to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting the SUV, which rolled through a stop sign and took a quick left turn.

Obama said he doubted the officer slammed on his brakes because he did not hear the tires squeal, the report says.

Obama has a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for his arrest. ICE has previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya.

    yea,,then they have the guts to say they should put up an iron fence like in Germany between Mexico and the U.S. When the mayority of illigas fly into our airports everyday from all over the world….why not put the fence around U.S.A. since they come in from other nations on boats too…check out Florida Cuban illigal community and New York is full of black foreigners that can't even speak english,,,middle easterners too…now don't forget the muslims…too many to count….asians too living on our foodtstamps… GET THE MESSAGE ?     You know that that Illegal alien trespasser will NEVER be deported just like Obama's Illegal alien trespassing aunt living in the White House. And of course, Obama himself. Un frickin believable this is going on in this country. Vote all these liberal Democrats out and replace them with conservatives.     My question is did barrack and his uncle and aunt all come over at the same time on the same travel documents? So
    many question, no answers and the road blocks thrown up by barracks lawyers are astounding. If there is no fraud or
    dishonesty why won't the media ask the question or better still why hasn't the justice dept investigated and made a judicial
    ruling in the matter once and for all. The old saying follows the Money holds true in this case or more appropriately like
    a skunk follows the smell and you will find the quilt party quite quickly.

    In regards to why the DC politicians, who should take notice of Obummers illegal entrance into the White House, won’t do anything: I was once a Deputy Sheriff and learned that when you need to find the crooks, follow the money.
