DOJ Says Feds Can Tell Church Who Its Ministers Will Be

In yet another stunning attack on freedom of religion, President Barack Obama’s Justice Department asked the Supreme Court last week to give the federal government the power to tell a church who its ministers will be.

The case involves a former teacher at Lutheran school, who along with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is pushing a claim that a Lutheran congregation should be forced to restore her ministry position.

Americans United for Separation of Church and State and American Atheists, Inc. have filed briefs siding with the Obama administration against the church.

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations, and the American Center for Law and Justice are among those who have filed briefs supporting the Lutherans.

    The government already restricts what can be said from the pulpit about candidates. Churches are claimed to be operataing on a government francise and the gov can control them. The Indianapolis Baptist Temple was seized by the IRS and sold for not filing demanded forms; it did not owe any taxes.

    Obama and Holder are at it again. The Socialistic government is not seperating church from state policys. They are promoting agitation of churches and congregations. This is a Socialistic evil agression against the churches and congregations of United States of America and is against the law. Public demand immediate removal of Obama and Holder for overthrow of people and government which is a treasonist act and agression against its people. Demand it immediately before they make more Socialistic laws. Demand representatives remove Obama and Holder from office immediately.     Our constitution does not call for separation of church and state. Fed gov has no cause to be involved in ministerial missions! Does this female “minister” think she’s serving Gof by suiing the church?! HARDLY!

Holder you and Obama have gone too far dictating your laws and will be accountable for treason immediately to be confronted by a firing squad. Neither of you deserve less. America, demand that Congress and Senate remove Obama and Holder Immediately. No from them is an act of treason to the United States and be subject to imprisonment.     If Obama wins a second term where he won't be worrying about the next election he will do irreversible harm to this country. He promised change and no one questioned him on what kind of change he was talking about. His vision for America is a progressive socialist utopia where all wealth is distributed equally and the government controls everything. God help this country.
