ICE Ordered Agents Not to Arrest Fugitive Illegals

Chris Crane, president of a union that represents Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, testified in the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration last week that ICE agents have been told by ICE headquarters not to arrest illegal aliens who do not have a prior criminal conviction even if they are fugitives who have been ordered deported by an immigration judge or are individuals who have illegally re-entered the United States after being deported and thus have perpetrated a felony.

“Aliens who could not be arrested included but were not limited to ICE fugitives that had been ordered deported by a federal immigration judge as well as aliens who had illegally re-entered the United States after deportation, a federal felony,” Crane, who is also an active-duty ICE agent, told the committee on Oct. 12.

“ICE officers and agents also alleged that they were not permitted to arrest or even speak to confirmed or suspected illegal aliens encountered in the field during operations and were prohibited from running standard criminal record checks for wants and warrants,” Crane testified.

    Why is this allowed to go on. Don't we as Americans living in America have rights any more. It seems as though every day we are loosing a part of our country. Don't anyone have the guts to step in and stop what is going on in DC. May be we should march on DC. Clog all the streets and keep our government workers in the Capitol captive untill they get the mess they have started cleaned up and get out Constitution and Bill of Rights back. This is discraceful.
    May God come and save America. He did give them a good shaking in August Could be they should pay attn.

    America please take a look round your community God has placed the numbers 11 11 in front of me over and over in the last year I m no a prophet but I feel it is necessary to inform the american people that I have an inner spiritual unction that these numbers refer to a date 11-11-11. I don't agree with any fear of any kind I fear none. But 911 had some signifigance to it and now 11-11-11 is put in front of me over and over. Please consider this date in your community as it it may have some kind of negative effect on our communities / nation . Please be watchful of your surroundings. And fear none, but take action to safe guard our country. Since we are all minute man who guard our freedom. Jesus Christ Is Lord! I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. And I give no place to the devil. At least consider this date in your heart. pass this on to others.

    I believe that if Imigration tried to catch all the Illegals in this Country, not by going in Latinos only, but if they check European, Orientals, Arabs, Africans and many other races, the Latino Illegals will not be really that many. Only if they go for Armenians in Burbank, Ca. they could save money on Social Security checks, so wake up all you people in Gov. start to do your work, or are you Illegals too!!!!!

    Well that is fine for those of us that live along the border we will just shoot any one stealing, or breaking into our houses or on our Posted land that stops the problem and the ICE boss won't have to deal with them any more.

    That SOB and his communist/moslem cabal will do anything for votes to keep him in office. This is terrible but it will be nothing compared to what they do before and during next years election. Illegals and their supporters voting multiple times, intimidation by the black panthers and muslims at the poles, ballot counting fraud, military votes lost, and lies and cheating of every sort. These are Chicago corruption gone wild. Who are you going to complain to?. His DOJ is totally corrupt, the Demo appointed judges are no better, most of the police are unionized, and most of the media is under Demo control.

    In the meantime, just make sure that all you people who came here the legal way, abide by the immigration laws or we will deport you. We will not put up with you breaking any of the immigration laws. Terrible isn't it. You do the right thing and no one cares.

    again two sided laws, Americans have to obey the laws of this land and the illegals don't what kind of message are we sending to the illegals. (you can b reak the law and nothing will happen( if it were us we'd go to jail and the key would be thrown away. the reason they won't arrest the illegal is because they'd have to go after the Prez. family and that wouldn't go over with the rest of his family who probaby here too.

    Chris Crane is a P.O.S. and a sorry excuse as a representative of the law enforcement community. What he has done is equal to telling street cops to not arrest people for vandalism, criminal damage to property, trespassing, retail theft, and disorderly conduct. The next thing we will have are riots in the streets of our cities and chaos. Once the illegals know they have nothing to fear they will be flooding the boarders again. Why did we fight the American-mexican war if we are just going to hand this country back over to them? That will mean every war since was in vain.

    Everyone wants to blame Obama for everything Bush started or did not do as well as as what wasn't done by those before him. Wake up America, study your history, know your Conststution and Bill of Rights and you will see that a great many we rely on to do the right thing for "We the People" in all paeties are not working for US!
