Shariah Law Being Used in U.S. Courts to Decide Cases

Warnings about Shariah law being applied in America are too late, if the U.S. courts’ assimilation of Islamic religious law is any indication, according to an extensive report on the dispute.

A recent Center for Security Policy study called ”Shariah Law and American State Courts: An Assessment of State Appellate Court Cases, confirms it’s already here, and outlines dozens of cases in which it has been applied.

Center spokesman David Reaboi says the Islamic religious demands are arriving mostly through rulings involving cases where foreigners are the principals.

“Shariah enters U.S. courts through the practice of comity to foreign law,” Reaboi explained. “This happens, for example, when a judge decides to allow the use of say, Pakistani or Saudi family law (Shariah) in a dispute between Pakistanis or Saudis.”

He said the study only scratches the surface of Shariah’s presence in the nation.

    My father always says “America is a country of bad a&&e& for a reason because we had to kick alot of a&& to get here.” To be free many have to die many men and women of colors and cultures die but their families live on and the message is the same throughout history. We need to be in control of ourselves. There is no room for Sharia in our country it cannot and will not work. I don’t believe the silent majority will allow it…

    Why are the so called non liberal Christian democrats not standing with we the people. I see these people going to churches saying praise the Lord and going completely against what the bible says. We need to stand together and say enough is enough.
    This is no longer about Democrats or Republicans, this is about taking America back. One thing I can say about the republicans are that they can and do stand up for what they believe in and they are not afraid to say when a republican president does or says something that they don't believe is right or is against what they believe.

    Provide me the districts these Judges are in and I will file Class Action Civil Charges against these Judges for violating my Civil Rights and damaging my and all American Citizens rights under the Constitution in the amount of $500 Billion.     If the cases are civil cases where both parties agreed in a contract to be bound by Sharia law then I would not have a problem with it.

    On the other hand, if family court and criminal cases are being decided by Sharia law IN THIS COUNTRY, then impeach the judges. Period. End of story.

    Would any other country use our laws to govern you in court? Duh? Judges should be thrown out that does not use the laws of the USA that was written up by our Christian founders. It seems no one in our Gov. has common sense anymore.

    While most Conservatives would believe that former Presidents George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush have both been guilty of embracing the "New World Order" Philosophy, really are not Conservatives at all. Perhaps the time has come to realize there is a War going on, a War between Islamic Radicals and The rest of the World that does not prescribe to their beliefs.     The time has come for Congress to pass Legislation stating that only Constitutional Laws will be the Law of the Land. That English is the National Language. That Immigrants moving here will have to learn English in order to become Citizens. That if you are here on a Work Visa, it will only be renewed twice, then you must return to your homeland or become a Citizen.     It's not enough that all of the aforementioned are reason for concern, now we have Judges that are so Apologetic to all immigrants, Legal and Illegal, they now have become Apathetic as well. The same Judges that attempt to Legislate from the Bench now feel compelled to invoke Sharia Law in their courts. For Americans to stand by while this goes on is deplorable, they should be Tarred and Feathered, then cast out to Sea in a Row Boat to see if they like that form of punishment for Treason.

    Several years ago the same sort of issue arose when a Hmong man "kidnapped" a young Hmong woman in accordance with tribal pre-marital ritual. His conviction was upheld; people who come here from other cultures are responsible to US law. The same must be true of Islamic immigrants. Our laws are based on secular Constitutional principles and laws; everyone in this country, whether citizen or not, benefits from that structure and is expected to adhere to it. There is nothing that permits, much less justifies, our courts in changing the rules depending on who's in the game.

    Write, call, or email your state and federal congressmen/women and tell them to immediately pass a bill that only law or ruling in any court whether local, state, or federal must be by the CONSITUTION only. No foreign law or religion can be used. No Sharia law can be used even if it is concerning Muslims. Muslims were welcome to come to America, the land of the free and the brave. They can not pick and chose laws they want to up hold or laws that are against their beliefs (like Holder and Obama are doing). They knew before they came here that we do not rule by Sharia law, nor with the help of GOD almighty will we ever. Only the laws governing the United States of America will ever be accepted in any court of law in our country, and who ever tries to change the laws should be prosecuted for treason.

      Are you kidding? They can't even pass a law making English the Official language of this country which absolutely blows my mind. So why would they pass laws making our laws the law of the land?
