TSA Whistleblower: Feds Covered-Up Sexual Assault

The Transportation Security Administration has found itself embroiled in yet another scandal after a TSA whistleblower accused the federal agency of covering up her sexual assault at the hands of a TSA investigator by forcing her to sign a false disavowal.

“Nilda C. Marugame, a TSA worker at Lihue airport, sued the TSA’s governmental parent, the Department of Homeland Security, in Federal Court. Marugame claims a TSA investigator (TSI) “sexually assaulted her” on Aug. 26, 2009,” reports Courthouse News Service.

When Marugame subsequently attempted to notify the Assistant Federal Security Director about the incident, she was immediately suspended for three days and then coerced into signing a statement that erroneously characterized the sexual advances as being consensual.

      If we do not stand for something we will fall for anything. Therefore, we as a Christian nation had better start taking stands against what we know is wrong, even if it proves to be uncomfortable by what we have to pay for this liberty.

    TSA, Obama's new SS. Now with TSA and Army "Inspection" stations all across the country. They can't secure the border but the can search your car and confiscate your property, no mater how much legal claim you think you have to it. If you complain about it you can find every gubment agency there is coming up with something to harass you with. You must be good little drones and let them do what ever they want with their power trip.

      You can stop the TSA by refusing to ride in airplanes. If we don't take a stand we will have to put up with anything that they throw at us. I will board a plane, only if it is a "life and death" situation and there is no other way that I can go where I need to go!!!!

    This is my actual experience with just one item with TSA. Several years ago I flew from Seattle to Minneapolis with a package containing golf equipment. that I allowed inspection on the end of the box. Due to length of a driver graphite shaft i piggy back the item taking special care in taping the item as I had years of experience knowing how personal handle such baggage. When i arrived at Minneapolis I noticed that all the banding was cut by someone short of any common sense and damage was done to the shaft by the handlers as a result of how the driver was totally mismanaged in rebanding. I filed a claim against TSA of i/2 of actual because of doing the repair myself. The claim was for $153 which the claim adjuster denied and in appeal the same adjuster denied it and gave the stock answer you can take it to Federal
    District court. with a suggestion you might not win. What a Moron. The cost to file in Federal court is $350 plus representation by an attorney. I support US REpresentative Mica proposal of privitizing TSA because I have spent over 37 years in middle Federal Civil Service and military so I do have a feel when 65000 short on brain matter union organized are operating a GESTAPO copied organization.

    Just one more reason to keep the faith and bide your time. Keep spreading the word about all the crap that the administration does, make notes, keep a log of everything you know of personally and that which is general knowledge. Use this information to inform and hopefully persuade any left leaning friends to come over to the side of sanity. Then in 2012 WE'LL FIRE THE IDIOT AND ALL HIS MINIONS! Most any Republican candidate you can think of has already said that one of the very first things they would do is to repeal Obamacare. That in and of itself would have a major uplifting effect on the whole economy. Then we can concentrate on getting people back to work, creating more jobs, building more homes, etc, etc.

    The same was said in 2010 that a Republican majority in the House would repeal or defund Obamacare so why has this not been done?

      The House can repeal anything they want, then it goes to the Senate for vote, which Harry Reid then refuses to send to the Senate for a vote. There are hundreds of bills sent by the House just sitting there. NO VOTE! Thanks to Reid!

      The best that can be done is to Stall it until the Republicans; or Preferably Constitutionalists, Tea Party, or Independent Constitutionalists Types (Anything but the CommieCrats & NWO Jerks) get control over the Senate and the House… The Presidency too if able in 2012 to Fix the mess!
      Until Democrat voters and members of the Democratic Party finally realize they can no longer be considered Liberals by any sense of the word, and (weather they noticed, agree with, or not) have now been twisted into fully supporting Communism and Facist dictatorship principals by the Party's Leaders and inful-Traitors, dump them they will continue to Blindly follow while destroying every Americans livelyhoods (inculding their own) and childrens futures!

      The House cannot pass anything on its own. It can pass a law, but then it MUST BE PASSED by the Senate, too. Try to understand how the legislative branch of government works. Both houses of congress must past a bill

    The TSA (Tyranical sexual Attackers) are in line with the rest of the left. If you complain and try to get the government to redress your grievances as is guaranteed in the First Amendment; you are told to go to court and fight the federal attorneys who have unlimited funds. This is nothing more than legalized financial terrorism.

    Griswold v. Connecticut not withstanding… IT'S THE FOURTH AMENDMENT!!!!

    "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

    And if you note, the Founding Father chose to put the "… in their PERSONS …. " first as secured against unreasonable search and seizure, followed by houses, papers, and effects.

    Now, put this in contrast to the Patriot Act that allowed authorities to tap ONLY into INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS to KNOWN TERRORIST CELL NUMBERS. And, they were NOT without warrants.

    However, the real irony was (and IS) when the Patriot Act was signed, the left went ca-ray-zee… Whaa, whaa, whaa…. INVASION OF PRIVACY, INVASION OF PRIVACY, whaa, whaa. whaa.

    So where's the left now when Obozo has DICTATED real invasion of personal privacy, totally ignoring the FOURTH AMENDMENT????

    Exactly how long are "We The People" going allow Obozo-the-Marxist to get away with shredding and stomping on OUR CONSTITUTION????

      Hello Robert,

      One reason you may never see headlines like those you mentioned is: So far all these TSA revealing body scans and intrusive pat downs have not caught even one terrorist. My understanding is that ZERO terrorists have been apprehended by these unconstitutional methods! Please correct me if I am mistaken.

    What is to correct . The TSA has done nothing but spend money ,grope Grandma , feel up young children ,and make traveling by air a real pain in the rear.
    They are there to be able to slow or stop all travel if the White House tells them to. They are one step in Diaper Heads privet Army.
    TSA controls the air ports , Fuel costs control inter state trade by truck , Unions form a strike force , the media tells people only what Obama wants them to know , and the courts make it legal .
    NOW what dose that point to ?

    Never fear. The rape victim will be fired and blacklisted for life. The rapist will be promoted. The solution is to travel only by car, bus, or train in the USA. To fly overseas, make a reservation with a foreign airline and fly from the nearest airport in Canada or Mexico. It is cheaper, and you might avoid one case of cancer. It is also a good idea to vote only for third party candidates.

    I have to admit, under the guise of National Security, it's starting to look more and more like some of the other countries where you get your papers checked [must carry them on you at all times] whenever and wherever some "authority sees fit to do so… I'm surprised that the gov't hasn't enacted a national curfew… everyone of the street by 09:00 p.m….

    The general public are not aware the TSA is the union promoted and run br Obamas mules and Unions, The Unions and Gays have a history of violence and are demonstrating it under the protection of Holder,Obama,Homeland Security and other agencys should immediately be disbanded and all crimes commited by TSA be prosicuted and jailed. The superiors responsible for TSA should be fired immediately and prosicuted for their crimes. These actions of TSA and Gays will not be tolerated. The Unions and Gays are the wrongdoers and are guilty of crimes against the American people.
