FEMA’s Emergency Detention Camps: Hiring Begins

Alex Jones has posted a “Help Wanted” advertisement issued by a private firm that is working for the U.S. government, namely, FEMA. The  document reads as follows:

KBR is establishing a National Quick Response Team for our current Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) work, and for anticipated future contracts. Upon completion of evaluation, certain subcontractors may be invited to establish a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with pre-established lease rates and terms and conditions. The Continental US will be broken up into five regions as indicated in the map below Services  will be required in each State within each region.

Anticipated Project Requirements:

Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses.

Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment. Supply lines needed must be short but not necessarily pre-positioned.

      Buddy this present generation has been prepared with the media, video games, and the TV and movies. This preparation was even written about by the espionage college of Moscow in the late sixties…the whole of the Hippy and anti-Vietnam war drive was a experiment by the communist with the help of the socialist body here within our universities and educational system.       The face of the American Military has changed. Since Obama got office he has provided a way to citizenship by foreigners by serving in the military! Now you just keep thinking what you are thinking and when they line you up against a wall and bring out a dozen troops to shoot you, ask yourself as you look down the muzzle of the gun "Will our own kids shoot us"? You'll find the answer as the illegal from Mexico or Honduras pulls the trigger on the other side of that gun! But then it's too late cause your dead!

    They are already questioning troops…my son is a Paratrooper and a Ranger in the US Army. He has already been ask if he would have the ability to go against all enemies of the United States even if it meant civilians. When we were sworn in we all took an oath to protect the United States from all enemies both domestic and foreign! But what reason would any psychologist in a officers uniform have for asking you if you would be able to use terminal force against US citizens if necessary???
    I know through one of the people who used to work under me and he will soon be retiring after more than 35 years of service, the pentagon has been working on model for the past two of how to implement a provisional military government through the area of the Carolina s, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana including Northern Florida. That my friend is a fact! They present this as a model to prevent internal terrorism…..What terrorist have ever attacked in these regions??? California…okay…New York city …Okay… but this region??? Never!!! But strategically speaking if you wanted to disarm America this would be the first area of focus!     Rex 84 was written by Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North, who was both National Security Council White House Aide, and NSC liaison to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of "national preparedness" programs for FEMA. They patterned the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million "American Negroes", if there were a black militant uprising in the United States.[1][8] Existence of a master military contingency plan (of which REX-84 was a part), "Garden Plot" and a similar earlier exercise, "Lantern Spike" were originally revealed by journalist Ron Ridenhour, who summarized his findings in an article in CounterSpy.[9]

    Transcripts from the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987 record the following dialogue between Congressman Jack Brooks, Oliver North's attorney Brendan Sullivan and Senator Daniel Inouye, the Democratic Chair of the joint Senate-House Committee:[10]

    [Congressman Jack] Brooks: Colonel North, in your work at the N.S.C. were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?

    Brendan Sullivan [North's counsel, agitatedly]: Mr. Chairman?

    [Senator Daniel] Inouye: I believe that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area so may I request that you not touch upon that?

    Brooks: I was particularly concerned, Mr. Chairman, because I read in Miami papers, and several others, that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency, a contingency plan in the event of emergency, that would suspend the American constitution. And I was deeply concerned about it and wondered if that was an area in which he had worked. I believe that it was and I wanted to get his confirmation.
    Inouye: May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage. If we wish to get into this, I'm certain arrangements can be made for an executive session.

    a large furnace like chimney in one end each bldg. Tall Barbed Wire Fence surrounds the bldgs, .. top rows of Razor Sharp Barbed Wire are Angled inward, to prevent one from climbing and crawling over the top in an Escape Attempt.

    There are THOUSANDS of LARGE DARK BLUE PLASTIC COFFINS, EACH large enough to contain THREE CORPSES. Coffins stacked about 10 ft. HIGH., in MANY ROWS. ……………Also seen in the HUGE COMPOUND AREA, outside of the Barbed Wired Fencing are MANY ROWS of Large Cargo Type White Long 'BUSES'….but these "BUSES' have NO WINDOWS ALONG THE SIDES OR ON THE REAR. The Only Windows are the Windshield and the the Side Window for the Driver and His Assistant, or Co-Driver.,,,,,,,,,,,,

    What will be tne national emergency that will kick this whole thing off. That is, Obama suspends elections, marshal law, massive round up of American citizens, etc? Here is the thing they don't have the authority for all of this unless we give it to them. The Feds can pass all these garbage laws, executive orders, etc. But if the states tell them to go take a flying leap then guess what??

They have brought in more than 7 million Shiite-Islamist in the last 2 and half years through the State Department…you will not find them in any immigration statistics either……while the Immigrations give priority for Islamist for the last three years! Why do you thing he doesn't want to expel the illegals????     Want to see a FEMA camp? In California just leave LA and take the 10 freeway east to the 15 going north. In Barstow take I40 east. Go east till you come to 29 Palms Marine base on the north side of the freeway. Then look at the opposite side of the freeway and off across the desert you will find a FEMA camp with inward facing razor wire huge barracks and three huge gas furnaces for the disposal of human remains.

    Also in Long Beach you know where the port is located? Well believe it or not you will find Chinese military barracks that were taken over from the US Navy! There are Chinese troops there that have no qualms about shooting Americans and clamor for the day they will do just that!

      Thank you Neb Selim…I had heard about this… but had not actually seen documentation as it being true. I do know there are some 17,000 Ukrainians located in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama. and South Carolina. They have trained more than 70,000 over the last 5 years at certain military installations. They are thoroughly train in the use EPDM equipment and Electronic interception surveillance!

    I have been following Gary North since 1994. While the information provided by Alex Jones is correct, (KBR and FEMA are indeed involved in this operation) I would follow whatever Gary North says with a grain of salt. Or two.

    There are so many questions about all the nefarious doings by this administration. Remember Fast and Furious? Supposedly there were 2000 guns walked across the border, and yet there are still a minimum of 1400 unaccounted for. Where are they and don't you imagine that is a good way of arming his own militia without anyone becoming the wiser. As far as that goes, how can we be sure the true number of guns involved in this is not even more than that. These people have proven by their under the radar scope actions that they consider the American people deserve no explanation. They certainly don't want the public to be aware of whatever they are doing. Seems like a lot of questions should be asked about all these surreptitious plans. Paranoid, perhaps, but we certainly have a right to examine every suspicious thing this administration does, and these Fema camps might even be considered overkill for a local emergency. Let's get to the bottom of that at least!

Pages 259-262 lists 45 goals to soften America for the final takeover by the communist party as follows: 1-U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war. 2-U.S. willingess to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war. 3-Develop the illlusion that total disarmament by the U.S. would be a demonstration of moral strength. 4-Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Commnist affiliation & regardless of whether or not items could be used for war. 5-Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet Satellites. 6-Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist dominaton. 7-Grant recogniton of Red China. 8-Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the Germany question by free elections under supervision of the UN. 9-Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests. 10-Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the UN.
