Congress to Fund Massive Expansion of TSA Checkpoints

Congress is set to give the green light on funding for a massive expansion of TSA checkpoints, with the federal agency already responsible for over 9,000 such checkpoints in the last year amidst increased fears America is turning into a police state following the passage of the ‘indefinite detention’ bill.

The increase in funding has nothing to do with the TSA’s role in airports – this is about creating 12 more VIPR teams to add the federal agency’s 25 units that are already scattered across the country and responsible for manning checkpoints on highways, in bus and train terminals, at sports events and even high school prom nights.

“The TSA’s 25 “viper” teams — for Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response — have run more than 9,300 unannounced checkpoints and other search operations in the last year. Department of Homeland Security officials have asked Congress for funding to add 12 more teams next year,” reports the L.A. Times.

    Any time you know of a check point it should be posted and a rally point selected for those who are combat ready. Everyone converge on the location and do what any patriot would do……………AIM …………..AND FIRE!

    IF I were the boss of TSA and gave the test, I'd FIRE EVERY SINGLE TSA APPLICANT PERSON that PASSED the "COMMON SENSE TEST" now that I've SEEN where a woman's CUP CAKES were CONFISCATED!!
    (Just a reminder, MORE BLACKS OUT OF WORK THAN EVER!! I BELIEVE it is the current president that said, "we MUST get people back to work, priority one!!)

    We have been a police state for some time now. Just count how many police divisions exist in our country. Just to name a few. The city police departments, county police, state police, the national guard, the FBI, The treasury department, The US Martial, the forestry department, the DHS, The department of Homeland Security, The CIA, most recently the department of education. The TSA, The DEA, SWAT teams, Delta squads, and other military trained, infantry trained police attached to the other police departments and divisions. animal enforcement, The list goes on, sub departments. Investigative departments. Cities and States Want what the federal government has. So grants are opened up for expansion and addition of divisions. Last, lets not leave out the IRS and EPA. All have the power to arrest hold and prosecute.

    All the legislators are doing is tying every thing together like a net. Out of a growing fear of the power of the people or Citizen in this country. To regulate and control the American terrorist.

    In the name of protection.

    This all started after world War II and was expanded on by the Johnson administration. Because of the protests in the 60's.

    An era of unrest in our country and the dissection of the American family unit. That the local police had to intervene in the American families domestic problems. They were no longer responsible enough to take care of there own problems. It takes the police to council and supervise and discipline through law enforcement. Then came swat. Now a lot of American Citizens rely on this type of action and believe this is how we are suppose to live in a so called free country. In a police state.

    This type of system erodes self reliance and self responsibility. Because big brother is always there for support. In the name of protection. Can we as a country ever turn the clock back? It can be done. But once what has been done in the name of protection. is very difficult to change. Ignorance breads ignorance. It will be a long struggle when the American Citizen decides enough is a enough.

    The door way to change to real liberty for all. Will only be open for a little longer. With the right technology in place the door will be closed till God returns to open it.

    It would appear that Obama is planning to have his Communist style Police State after all. If and when that happens, let the shooting being starting with Obama and all of the "Progressives" (read: Communists) and their supporters being the primary targets. What other choice do we have? We have a treasonous administration, a worthless Senate and Congress, and a Supreme Court seemingly all allowing this violation of the Constitution to take place. You can accept Obama's future vision of his Socialist / Communist utopia, or you can start stocking away guns and ammo now, because I think a shooting revolution is coming! Be prepared for that. I'm sure that by now I'm on a "to be watched" list for my postings, but how many other tens of thousands of citizens feel like I do?

    Lets not forget the civil attorney's silently legislating through case law. Judges deciding cases in opinion. That undermine The Citizens rights under The United States Constitution and divide and destroy the American family unite.

    Dividing and regulating every aspect of our private lives and businesses. Creating mistrust in The Citizens mind. That without the civil attorney Individual responsibility cannot exist.

    I remember in the early 60's a case that changed how the American Citizen was to respond to the aid of a Citizen in distress.

    If you do you might get sued in a court of law. Who won ? In the long run. Only one of many to come.

    Case after, case some complimenting each other.
    To change society silently ever imposing. The list is incomprehensible, laws upon laws in the millions. Only one President tried to stop this machine from marching forward. Reversing the trend. He was forced to resigned in the midst of a scandal. That damaged his leadership completely.

    No longer can the Citizen exercise there Constitutional right in a court of law and defend them selves without an attorney. They become the laughing stock of all to do so and are hindered by the enormity of the law and its protocol.

    Can this all be reversed and changed. Yes it can. But the legislators in the state houses and the federal house would have to really go to work for a change. In the 70's it was considered and researched on how long this would take? At that time it was estimated around twenty years to get the job done on a federal level. Using the United States Constitution as it is suppose to be the law of the land and a basis by which any and all laws exist in this country.

    This is not the first time in mans history that this has happened. Over 2000 years ago in Rome there were attorneys and scribes that also were willing to undermined the liberty of the people. Jesus Christ warned us about them in his teachings. It is my belief and opinion that Those who wrote the United States Constitution study his teachings and took this into account. It has been at one time stated that a small change was made in the Constitution by an attorney in after it was adopted. To make sure the attorney could practice as they do today. That the copy that was distributed was changed and the original prohibits it.

    This slow but surely take over of the White House is speeding up because the 2012 election is nearing. Obama must act soon to prevent his defeat. It he has to he will suddenly declare Martial Law and use his civilian army as enforcers to strip us of our liberties. New TSA Agents and a massive increase in the number of check points, why? Yes, the TSA and Union thugs are Obama's new civilian army that he spoke about when he became president. We the people need to demand an explanation from our representatives. We, as a group, need to hold a town hall meeding and demand that our representatives attend to answer our concerns about the direction this president is taking the USA. It seams that they are not concerned at the moment. Are we to just sit by and watch our representatives sell us out to the New World Order. If you havent noticed yet our representatives that are selling us out are mostly Democrats. If you people don't vote out the Democrats we will be under Martial Law soon. Actually, I believe it is too late anyway. We have been politically disarmed already.

    The fundamental problem is the subscription to a worldview that man is capable of perfecting himself; he can ‘evolve’ into a higher perfect being. Man is a creature with a imperfect nature, and thus his creations are imperfect; hence Madison’s observation the necessity of checks and balances because ‘men will be ruled by other men’. Therefore, the best government will be that which tends towards the greater level of freedom.

    I do have a question: given the fact that the Constitution was written, according John Adams, for a ‘moral society’, and that ours is not such (comparatively speaking), how do we set things back on track politically? Short of a cultural solution, the genie is the out of the bottle.

    To plan setting up the new checkpoints, we might send some TSA personnel to get pointers from some of the retired police in China, who worked there while Chairman Mao was still in power. Years ago, a Cambodian who studied in China told me that anytime he went anywhere, he had to pass one or more police checkpoints, where he had to fill out a form stating where he was going, how long he was going to stay, who he planned to speak with, how many persons he would meet at his destination, and what they were going to talk about. On his return, he filled out another form telling where he had gone, how long he had stayed, what the people he met with had spoken about, and what their names were. In any case, nobody was allowed to talk with more than four people at any time. Our TSA could learn plenty of tricks from these retired policemen about how to run a country. How about having children fill out forms in school every day informing the TSA everything their parents and relatives had spoken about the day before. That'll make life hard for those awful terrorists.

    Today we have a government that is careening out of control and those we have elected to protect our rights by upholding the Constitution are abusing our rights and subverting the Constitution. Thomas Paine made it clear which was the cart and which was the horse when he said, “A constitution is a thing antecedent to a government, and a government is only a creature of a constitution. The constitution of a country is not the act of its government, but of the people constituting a government.”
    We have clearly reversed the order. The cart is before the horse and the tail is wagging the dog. The use and abuse of executive orders have changed us from a nation of laws to a nation of men, from a federal republic with a limited government to a centrally-planned bureaucracy with leaders attempting to rule by decree. We know where they want to lead us. The question before us now is; will we go quietly into that dark night?

    Oh they have caught many criminals with their illegal searches and siezures but in the process of doing so have broken the law them selves, so who is the real criminal. Their ideology is to fight evil with evil, which what was the CIA moto for a long time till it was recently changed. It wasn’t those exact words but that was the jist (sp?) Of it.
