Pelosi Proud Obama is Nullifying Constitution

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says she is “very glad” and “proud” that President Barack Obama appointed a director to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and three members of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) without putting them through Senate confirmations.

Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution requires presidential appointees to be confirmed by the Senate before they can take office unless the Senate is in recess or if the appointments are to inferior offices that Congress has legally given the president the power to control. When the Senate is in recess, the president can make temporary appointments that last only until the end of the next session of Congress.

However, the Senate was not in recess on Wednesday.

    I firmly believe that anyone who runs for any public office should be required to prove his or her legal citizenship by submitting legal birth certificate and proof of legal residence.

    clearly in violation of their oaths to protect and obey the USA
    constitution . It is imperative the House Of Representatives ini-

    Will the Republican House do their jobs and start Impeachment proceedures?? It is now up to them to ask the American people prior to Obama assuming he will run again for President, to take all that the Constitution allows for them to bring fourth all the acts against the Constitution Obama has done. If they get balls those of us who support the conservative principles and the tea party will come to their defense. Just show us they can lead.

    The next time the Comrade is on vacation (at Martha's Vineyard, in Hawaii or at some other good proletarian location) or on the golf course again, Congress should declare the Offices of President and Vice-President vacant and move on to the next in line, Speaker of the House John Boehner.

    It makes as much sense and has as much legitimacy as the Comrade simply declaring that, in his opinion and contrary to fact, Congress is in recess. Now we know why the Comrade has not released his grades from Harvard Law School, or anywhere else, he apparently had difficulty with both English and Constitutional Law.

He is running for President and he wants to give the people back control.I know most of us have'nt even heard of him but he makes alot of since and if enought people really want things to change for the better then get the message out there,He is on Facebook,Twitter,and Linkiden.He spent $7.50 for gas to visit a friends house for Christmas.Wonder how much Hawaii cost us? He does'nt want any money from special interest,unions,PACs and no more than $100 from any person.He does'nt want to owe any one favors or a position out of favor but choose only based on merit.Please check him out and let your friends and family know.It will be hard to break with our old ways and I know we don;t want to split the vote and end up with 4 more years of Obama.,but it's time to think for ourselves and do the best thing for America while we still have it.
