Obama Refuses Judge’s Order to Appear in Court Over Eligibility

American Vision News reported Saturday on the eligibility cases against Barack Obama sustained by Judge Michael Malihi in Atlanta. Hearings are set for January 26. The Associated Press reported that Obama was “ordered” to “appear in court,” but we now learn  Obama is scheduled to attend campaign events in Vegas on that day.

Whitehousedossier.com reports,

President Obama has been ordered to appear before a judge in Atlanta in a case challenging whether he is qualified to be president of the United States, according to the Associated Press.

The judge set the hearing for this Thursday after denying on Friday a motion by Obama’s lawyer to quash a subpoena that requires Obama to personally show up.

Obama, however, will be nowhere near Atlanta on Thursday. According to the White House, he will be out West promoting the agenda he plans to lay out in Tuesday’s State of the Union address. Obama Thursday plans to make appearances in Las Vegas and Denver areas before traveling on to Detroit to spend the night.

While this could mean, as some have suggested, that Obama is planning to snub the court order with executive defiance, others—both “birthers” and anti-birthers—are noting this is not quite the case. Dean Haskins of birtherreport.com writes,

    So if I run for any office I cant snub the courts too huh ?? Must be nice to be above the law and have it "YOUR" way ? Come Thursday ,the U.S. Marshall should clamp the cuffs on HARD and run the lying bum in to his jail cell. No one is above the law not even the king himself !! God Bless.

    Bottomline is that "IF" he didn't have anything to hide (SS#,B.Cert. ete.etc.) he wouldn't be here in the first place and wouldn't have to show up in court ? Can't wait to see this play out.     Obama believes HE is the law, and certinly above any 'silly little laws'.

    If the law was legally applied, this idiot wouldn;'t have any reason to be campaigning. He'd be in jail or at least disqualified from holding office.

    The money is there to elude, delay, delude or defend any legal effort to defranchise Obama's name on the 2012 ballot. The only effort that might fit the fime frame would be a House of Representatives ordered Special Prosecutor needed to overcome efforts to continue to conceal historical fact.

    Blackmail, bribery & coercion are running rapid throughout our government. It is no longer about what is best for the majority but what is best for the upper echelon in our country who no longer are satisfied with the vast wealth they have secured (regardless if by mere inheritance or by sweat of the brow) so they get involved in more risky adventures in order to retain and escalate their wealth at the expense of our country and all the citizens.

    Would the prime reason why our government can’t control the illegal prostitution (a new form of slavery for women), illegal gambling, illegal drug trafficking and illegal immigration (another form of slavery) be because they don’t want to disrupt these forms of activity which further provide the excessive campaign money our politicians readily reach out for in furtherance of their career goals. It is all about their greed and lust for power the same disease that Lenin, Stalin, Hitler acquired.

    If we keep believing in allt heir lies, we will be experiencing the same results.

    We need to stop the merry-go-round by getting rid of all the senior members in Congress who use their influence to corrupt all new members coming on board.

    We need a better representation in Congress. Today over 46% of the members, including the President are lawyers. Those that make the rules then circumvent them when it suits their needs. They establish loopholes to avoid or lessen tax exposure to only those who can afford their fees. They use their professional associations to gain leverage to incite or postpone events and should not be permitted to hold any office either in the Executive or Legislative Branches of government.

    I.E. Obama’s secret and unrecorded session (a great misconduct of office by the Supreme Court and breach of ethics by both) for the purpose of gaining support or using bribery (threatening civil unrest) in order to delay or dismiss his eligibility case.

Besides his eligibility case on their docket, was he attempting to likewise sway the court’s decision on the discriminatory Obama Care Insurance Program which granted all members of Congress, the President, and all top officials in government plus an additional 200 other businesses and organizations an exemption from forced inclusion—-While the rest of us are forced into a costly and highly unsustainable program which will result in heavier tax implication to the American people forced to pay for the program once fully in affect over a 3-5 year period. Allowing for tax assessment to begin before the program becomes fully operational.

    To stop dishonest and discriminatory practices in qualification of candidates, we need to do the following:

    (1) No individual profession should dominate the political arena within the two branches of government. Presently 46% of Congress including the President are lawyers. Participation of lawyers must be confined to merely the Judicial Branch.

    (2) Dissolve the Political Parties. They have performed disloyally to the American people.

    (3) Outlaw Private funding since it promotes potential for continual corruption and favors special groups.

    (4) Politicians already holding office (including the President) who are up for re-election shall not be permitted to conduct traveling campaigns or buy excessive air time providing an unfair advantage over their opponents. Their campaign funds, equally divided, will be that amount which is indentified by the people.

    (5) Only new candidates, once fully qualified to run, will be provided with special campaign funds (identified by the people), equally distributed, in order to substantiate their background and experience level and to introduce themselves to the American people.

    I can’t believe we have a Prez who number one, is a Muslim, also a
    Racist, who thinks his campaigning is more important than proving
    his eligibility to even be in such a high position. If he were a citizen ,
    Legally, he would not have evaded the issue for the last 4 years!!!! We

    Has anyone taken to the damage done to this country by Obama? He is purposefully giving our country awa and destroying our military. He takesw credit for the defeat of the terror in Iraq (Thanks Presiident Bush) and then insures the inability of democracy to last in Afghanistan. He has attempted to destroy our country in all measures. He gives our money, commerce, and our rights to other countries. and he prevents any jobs for this country.     The supreme court needs to subpoena his ass, put a warrant out for his arrest and treat him like they would any other American who doesn’t show up for court! Why the heck is he above the law?!!! He can’t even prove he’s legal, so why is he still President? Is it that race card being held up? I don’t care what color God made you! I have a mixture of African, Creek Indian, French, Irish, and English and I am white as snow, but I am all colors and the ones that are darker than me say I am a racist because I’m white! And those people dont even know me, my morals, values, and firm belief in GOD, JESUS, Angels, etc. people need to stop obsessing about color and be more concerned with the persons HEART!!!     Obama is now the Dictator of the United States of America.

    Obama refused to present evidence or have his representatives appear in the court case brought against him by citizens of the state of Georgia, questioning his eligibility to appear on the ballot for president of the United States of America. Thus he deliberately ignored a direct order from a U S court. This is unprecedented by any sitting president – to directly disobey and ignore a court order.

    In so doing, He has become our first dictator. The court caved, and decreed Obama can appear on the Georgia ballot as a candidate for reelection to the office of President of the United States of America. In my mind the Judge is complicit in seating our first dictator in history.

    Will Obama also refuse to step down when we vote him out of office? As dictator, will he refuse to recognize our country's right to pick our leader? This is just an extension of his appointing czars instead of having these positions chosen by Congress, as our forefathers had intended.

    Between this action by our former president (now dictator), the complicity of the court in Georgia, and our Supreme Court Judge, Ginsberg, who advises Egypt to look somewhere other than the U S Constitution for guidance in writing their constitution, the liberals in control of our government are now providing plenty of evidence to anyone who isn't sticking their head in the sand, and drinking the liberal kool aid, of their real agenda.
