Obama Disrespects America by Ignoring Court on Eligibility

One of the attorneys who challenged Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court says he fears that even if the justices declared Obama constitutionally unqualified, he’d simply ignore the ruling and continue issuing orders.

But those who observed a court hearing today in Atlanta say it could be the beginning of the end for the Obama campaign, because of the doubt that could surge like a tidal wave across the nation.

The comments came today from Leo Donofrio, who led the pack in filing lawsuits over Obama’s 2008 election and his subsequent occupancy of the White House.

He was commenting on today’s hearing before a Georgia administrative law judge on complaints raised by several state residents that Obama is not eligible to run for the office in 2012. That hearing went on after Obama and his lawyer decided to snub the court system and refuse to participate.

    The guy in the White House obviously believes he is above the law; the Supreme Court should order him cuffed and jailed pending hearings and ruling; he should be treated as a flight to avoid prosecution threat and denied bail (he would most likely print the money to cover) making it our problem to cover. I doubt Kenya has a policy of delivering criminals that enter their borders to stay prosecution sentencing. Make no mistake what is surfacing about him are crimes.

    What the court needs to do now, in my opinion, is order the Federal Marshall flanked by the military police to arrest, cuff , & escort Barack Obama to jail–without further ado–no bail, no priviledges, period. Any American citizen who doesn't appear before the court when subpeoned is in contempt of court & a court order for his arrest is warranted. Isn't that the way it is? Or did I just read that somewhere?? Go get him…..Georgia! And if his lawyers get in the way–arrest them, too, for obstruction of justice.

    …..now let's see if they'll print my opinion!

    Obama's three legal teams will continue with their never ending appeals and other legal roadblocks to keep the truth from coming out. The printed "News" Media surely will keep this event under wraps. Meanwhile, the Republican "leadership" just sits on their hands and does nothing. Vote them all out of office. That includes your favorite local politician too…anyone who functions like a permanent "professional" politician! Can't trust any of them to actually represent us citizens properly.

We will also fight against any non Natural Born Republican that appears on the Presidential ballot. This is not a political initiative, it is about respecting the Constitution.
    We all lose if we continue to be a nation of men and not of laws. This enables corruption in Congress, the White House and the Courts. As it stands now, they are all operating above the law. This state ballot initiative brings the power back to the states to ensure their citizens are voting for only qualified candidates.

    Well what is new. When a person conceals there past and pays millions to do it. They are disrepcting you. What they are telling you is you are not important . That they are better than you and will tell you what they feel you should hear.
