      Your numbers are wrong or maybe that's the going rate across the country. Well in Mexifornia anyone on food stamps get a mimnum of $200.00 dollars. Gotta keep those free-bie's coming to the illegals. How do I know how much they get? I'm one of the unemployed and I get food stamps to surive. $200.00 each month just like clock-work.

      Food stamps number and amount increased under Bush 41 and junior. They loved those poor people. Where did you get the statistics on cost of food stamps 2008 and 2011. Theyare inaccurate. Go to the Dept of Agriculture site. They have statistics going back to start of program. Glen beck is not always correct.

        Actually facts during the 8 years of Bush food stamps went up 8% in Obama's 21/2 years 14% and is probably more the next round of numbers have not yet come out. All numbers Dept of Agriculture reporting food stamps and the number of people on them. What is not apparent is that illegals and people who have many children are getting more than Vets and Seniors the people that actually deserve and need them

If those of you who think he is defeated already… you've got a surprise coming. There is waaaay to many people out there who still think he's one of the best presidents we've ever had! They will do everything in their power to get him re-elected! Never!!! and I can't express this enough!!! Never think he's done, because when you put your guard down that's when you get punched in the face! He (obama) is NOT defeated until he's walking out the door in defeat !       The housing market crashed because of 7.7 trillion in toxic loans. This started with Carter was greatly expanded by Clinton and worked by Dodd, Frank, and Obama acting as a lawyer at the time to get people with $500 month checks to be eligable for $200,00 homes. Under Clinton the banks were threatened by Reno either loan or we sue for discrimination.

    All I can say is, I am glad I'm in the winter of my years. If this disaster of a president is elected again, this country is in trouble. I'm glad that I won't be seeing the worst of it. But those of you who have children (I'm glad I never had any) and grandchildren had better pay attention to what the left is doing. Your offspring will have very little or nothing by the time B.O. screws up this country to his liking. By the time he gets done, there will only be the very rich and the very poor. The middle class will be non-existent after his suffocating taxes! Only those with a substantial amount of money will survive the crash this parasite is creating.

    The problem with defeating the current President is not the working people and the people who are out of a job actually looking for work, it is the 50% + people who do not want to participate in paying taxes to run this nation. As long as they receive their pay/welfare/unemployment checks, they don't care what he does as long as they continue to receive their supplements. Seniors (of which I am one) have been lumped into the category of "entitlements" (we can't say welfare anymore), and because most realise they are not really employable or no longer able to work, become paranoid when the Divider in Chief spouts entitlement rhetoric. Don't look away or this will continue 4 more years, make sure the correct congress is in place to slow down the train.
