Pro-Lifers Arrested for Praying

Six people peacefully protested the Obama administration’s mandate requiring employers to provide contraceptives, sterilization, and abortion-producing drugs by kneeling in prayer in front of the White House, and they quickly were arrested and whisked away by U.S. Park police.

“Occupy Wall Street protesters have been occupying federal property for months, but when we kneel in prayer, the police are called in and we are arrested,” said Father Wilde, one of the protesters.

The six people, including Wilde, of Priests for Life, and Rev. Pat Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition, organized the peaceful protest on the heels of a Priests for Life lawsuit filed against the Obama administration seeking to permanently block the implementation of the HHS mandate.

Wilde and the other protesters were cited for “failure to obey a lawful order” as they knelt in prayer in front of the White House. Each paid a $100 fine and was released from custody.

    Amen!!!!Hank you speak well of Matt.24 and Revelation,but also in Is:48 and Ez 38 and 39 .Joel Corn.so many of these chapters tells us what to look for especially in Matt.24 God tells of the signs and the times to be prepared and what to look for in the book of Daniel when Daniel had a vision and saw the things that were to come and when John the Revelator was taken up to heaven God revealed the past the present and the future Revelation is a very hard book of the Bible for a lot of people to understand but it is there and yes the time is a hand one day soon we will see the feet of Jesus stand in the clouds of Glory and every eye shall see Him to the North,East,West and South so I know it;s not long before the anti-christ comes on the scene and Obama is a for-runner I believe with all my heart God allowed him to be elected to come on the scene for the wickedness of America even the Christians have grown cold God is sick of the evil here and the time is at hand and I want to be caught up to meet Jesus in the air when the trumpet blows and God have mercy on the ones left behind

    I too, am very afraid for the future of Israel if President Obama gets re-elected. He's stated publicly that he will not comment on Israel until after the election. It appears to me that he is enlisting his Muslim ways.

    Before long, the lilly-livered liberals will have found a way to make attending worship illegal — that is, unless you're Muslim…That will be the only "church" allowed!
    Having said that, allow me to add a reply to Anthony, above: Since Obama was elected, I've had a feeling this will either God's last warning or He has completely given up on America.
    If the latter is true, the Rapture of the Church cannot be far behind because, without America, Israel will be a sitting duck for all her enemies and they WILL attack.
    When they do, I KNOW the Lord will return in all His glory, where He will be the final Warrior, to protect His people and He will destroy the likes of Obama (Russia, Iran, Iraq, et al).

    Just remember, when Daniel was thrown into the Lion's Den, prayer was what he used to protect himself.
    His prayer, along with the Lord's answer (sending the angels to shut the mouths of the lions) saved his life.
    Similarly, America can be saved by His people PRAYING!!

    Complaining won't work….ONLY PRAYER!

    What do WE have to See, Hear or Read before we realize that the Enemy is in Full SWING against Jesus Christ here in America. Its not new to us, this has secretly been going on every where they could attack Christianity!

    NOW this movement is STRONGER than the Majority, because : These Liberal Progressives have Banned Together; at a time when we too doubt JESUS!

    We need to get out of APATHY; get out of looking at our OWN trouble and woes while being blinded by what really is going on!; total destruction of values of the American family! Worse than at any other time in our history though the 20th centuary!

    STAND UP & UNITE!, before its too late………………………….
