US Judge Allows Muslim to Choke Atheist Over Islam

A Muslim judge in Pennsylvania – who scolded a local atheist for offending Islam, called him a doofus and accused him of “using the First Amendment” to madden Muslims – dismissed harassment charges against the Muslim defendant who purportedly choked the atheist during a Halloween parade.

District Judge Mark Martin brought a Quran to court and told the alleged victim, American Atheists’ Pennsylvania State Director Ernest Perce V, “I think you misinterpreted a couple of things. So before you start mocking somebody else’s religion, you might want to find out a little more about it. It kind of makes you look like a doofus.”

The judge added, “I think our forefathers intended to use the First Amendment so we can speak with our mind, not to p— off other people and cultures – which is what you did.”

    Who elected this lunatic judge in the first place? People really need to start paying attention to who they are electing, and what they truly believe in and stand for..

    During the 20th Century, militant athiests, including Communists, Nazis, etc., murdered over 110 million people and started a world war and several smaller ones, in which tens of millions more died. While Christians let themselves be kicked around by these fanatics, it is good to know that somebody stands up to them. After more than 58,000 Americans were killed fighting them in Vietnam, the veterans who survived the war found themselves blacklisted for all employment by the home-grown American disciples of Marx and Lenin. As a veteran, just try to get a job at a college or university, many federal agencies, and other employers, which have become closed shops for athiests. Our Constitution prohibits a religious test for public office, but the athiests have created one and use it effectively.

      To chvietvet: Unfortunately the people of this nation are spoiled. The way things are going we are going to lose our rights. The process will start all over again. People will become dissatisfied with their tyrannical rule & violence will ensue. Once lost the only way to get our rights back will be through violence. I wish I were wrong.       Sharia law has no place in this country. We live under the US Constitution. Separation of Church & State. People are free to be atheist.

    This truly is outrageous – especially in light ongoing Christian persecution right here in the USA. Christians are not even allowed to mention the Name of Jesus in classrooms, courtrooms or even in public w/o facing trouble in many places. Let us not forget this IS a Christian Nation, no matter what Mr. Hussein Obama says. God help us.

    What this appears to mean is that American judges will do the same thing, to atheists, as they've done, for years, to Christians, who have been offended by atheists.
    I guess we'll just have to wait for another group to come along and offend the muslims. Then, they'll get their just reward!

    I hope that wouldn't fly in Texas, it would go against the penal code definition of assault…Class A assault at that! A good chewing out he may deserve, but I pray that the charge was not thrown out…Choking is serious no matter what anybody says to you!
