Superior Court Asked to Boot Obama from Ballot

A state Superior Court in Georgia is being asked to review and overturn Secretary of State Brian Kemp’s decision, based on a recommendation from an administrative law judge, that Barack Obama’s name be on the state’s 2012 primary ballot.

The appeal to the higher court says the recommendation from the administrative law judge, Michael Malihi, was faulty and that he allegedly to this date has refused to follow the state’s requirements regarding the case.

The appeal has been filed with the Superior Court of Georgia for the County of Fulton by Van Irion, one of several attorneys who presented evidence at a hearing held by Malihi in January.

    Big surprise, Congress is NOT doing its job. There should be investigations, hearings and even impeachment proceedings. You see, every Congress-person swore an oath and it is obvious they are not doing their job. America must make a list and FIRE ( do not re-elect ) these employees that are neglecting their duty. Even if these people are "afraid" of our President, they must come forward and do their duty.

    I nreally don't care what the Judge said, I do not believe obama meets the Constitutional eligibility requirements to be President. That is why I am voting for Ron Paul, who happens to be the only politician running for president in 2012 that actually lives, breathes, and follows our Constitution. Nobody can doubt that. Ron Paul has lived by and voted on issues that follows the Constitution every time every issue, and votes against Bills that are not authoized by our Constitution no matter what the other Congresspeople say or do.
    Most of th time, Ron Paul stands lone because of his voting record on Bills that he feels are not within the confines of the Constitution, to me that takes real courage and distinction as a true leader to stand up for what you truly believe in no matter what the outcome of the vote.

    So, if his name's not on the ballot, that means that nobody can vote for him, meaning all that states delegates go to the opposition. I like it.
